Licensing: How it Works

PDF versions of the document include a Duplication License Agreement ("DLA").  The DLA is a license embedded in the PDF document.  By opening the document, you agree to the terms of the DLA.  The DLA is configured for the number of users you select during the shopping and checkout procedure. You may e-mail us at license@themerchantsguide.com for a draft copy of this license agreement, so you will understand the terms of the DLA prior to purchasing the product.  For mult-user licenses it is possible to unbundle the DLA from the document, however the agreement will have to be physically executed.  Please indicate whether you wish to unbundle the agreement using the above e-mail address.

You may pay for your license online.  The quantity ordered should equal the number of users you wish to distribute the document to.  Simply select the product that includes the number of users you desire.  For example, if you plan to distribute the PDF to 8 users, select the "PDF (6-10 Users)", and purchase the product using a quantity of "8".  If you plan to distribute the PDF to 19 users, select the "PDF (11-25 Users)", and purchase the product using a quantity of "19".   Your credit card will not be charged until your licensed documents have been e-mailed to you, and your receipt of the documents has been verified.

Multi-user PDF licenses are also available on payment terms to qualified commercial enterprises.  Approved enterprises must submit a signed, corporate purchase order with �Net 15 Days� payment terms.  To apply for payment terms, please e-mail your standard credit information to credit@themerchantsguide.com or fax it to 508-449-3971.  You will be invoiced when your license has been shipped.  Please call us with any questions.

PDF Licenses are Non-Refundable.  It is strongly recommended that you purchase a single copy and review the document prior to placing a multi-user  license order.
